The spark tester is an All-in-One Configuration-- Display panel and spark tester-- with an RS-485 serial interface. Spark tester voltage can be set or verified, the fault count and interlock satuts can be monitored, and many other tasks can be performed by customer supplied computer or PLC. (Computer shown in photo is not included nor offered by CIC)
This configuration is a remote spark tester (without a display) with an RS-485 serial interface that can receive and respond to digital commands froma customer supplied computer or PLC. (Computer shown in photo is not included nor offered by CIC)

This arrangement allows the ARC Remote Display to be rack or panel mounted. An RS-485 serial interface is standard on the ARC.
The BRC Smart Controller offers a standard RS-485 serial interface, allowing the spark tester to recieve and respond to digital commands from a computer or PLC. It can also be equipped with an optional analog, Ethernet or Profibus communication module. These modules allow a PLC or computer to receive fault information, control and monitor the spark tester's voltage and activate or shut off external devices. (Shown with X3A)

The Clinton TST-10W Wireless Digital DC Spark Tester represents the latest technological advance in the quality assurance of twisted conductors during the twinning operation.

The DC-1A Digital DC Spark Tester provides reliable low voltage spark testing in applications where custom-made fault sensors are required. Designed to work with a customer-supplied sensor or electrode.
The DC-10/20A Digital DC Spark Tester provides reliable spark testing in applicatoins where custom-made fault sensors are required. Designed to work with a Clinton test module or a customer-supplied sensor or electrode, the DC-10/20A delivers a DC test voltage to the high voltage input of the electrode.
The spark tester is an All-in-One configuration-- Display panel and spark tester-- with an RS-485 serial interface. High density contact electrode available. Test voltages accurate from 50 volts to 1000 volts DC and are non-destructive.
This configuration is a remote spark tester (without a display) with an RS-485 serial interface. High density contact electrode available. Test voltages accurate from 50 volts to 1000 volts DC and are non-destructive.
