Flat plastic products, film, sheet, and laminated fabrics, produced by extrusion, blow-molding, skiving, and many other methods can be continually tested for pinholes and manufactured defects online, during production. Line speeds of well over 1000 feet per minute are possible.

Full contact as well as non-contact electrodes are available and can typically be added to existing winders with minimal equipment modification.

Test equipment can be operated continuously, or in a start-stop configuration, allowing use in production as well as converting lines.

A wide range of real-time outputs are available to facilitate data collection, to trigger marking devices or to stop the production line when required.
